Episode Theme: Feelings of Loss & Grief and The Journey of It All
There are a lot of feelings that come along with motherhood. The biggest lesson I’ve learned through this whole experience is that if I actually allow myself to just feel the feeling — whether that be loss, grief, sadness, isolation, pressure, insecure, unworthy — I find that feeling actually passes sooner. I am able to move through the uncomfort quicker than if I tried to suppress it. In these epsiodes, these incredible ladies share with us how they have embraced the hand they’ve been dealt and channeled these feelings into uncovering their purpose in this phase of life. These are a ‘do-not miss’.

Light after Loss with Lauryn Laszczak: Lauryn shares with us her inspiring, and at times devastating, journey through entrepreneurship and motherhood. A big takeaway from this episode for me - light is waiting for us if only we stop and look for it.
The Power of Catching Our Ego and Living a Heart Centered Life with Randi Halaway: As moms, we can be so hard on ourselves – from being afraid to take sacred time for ourselves to showing up for our kids in the way we want to. What if we took that pressure off ourselves and showed up in a way that’s just authentically ourselves? In this conversation, we explore how we can reconnect to our intuition and our heart space.
Matrescense, Postpartum Rage, and Coming Back to Yourself with Alison Ryan: When we become mothers, we go through a transition similar to adolescence called matrescence, which is the physical, emotional, hormonal and social transition of becoming a mother. A lot of us are juggling grief, joy, internal struggles, even anger and it can feel overwhelming to navigate.
Self-Care for Moms: Beyond Nature Walks and Spa Days: In this episode, we shed some light on self-care and its many misconceptions. We don’t need to feel shame or selfish for prioritizing our goals so we can create a life we can thrive in.
Pregnancy in Real Life with Briana Ellis Hoag: It’s remarkable to think about the ways motherhood forces us to grow and reflect on how we imagined motherhood to be. Briana shares everything her pregnancy is bringing up: the reality vs. what she expected; navigating work-family balance; and how she’s working through the void of her late mother, who passed in 2016.
